Human body is amazing. There are so many things about our body we still don't know yet. But here with you I am going to share some about our body I know. And here they are -

Unlimited storage :

A rough calculation by Paul Reber, Professor of Psychology at Northwestern University suggests that the brain can store 2.5 petabytes of data – that’s 2,500,000 Gigabytes, or 300 years worth of TV.

Women’s heart beat is faster than men’s :

An average male’s heart rate is in between 70-72 bpm and the average female’s heart rate is in between 78 – 82 bpm.

Strong hair :

A single hair can hold the weight of a hanging apple. But scientists don’t specify the dimensions of the apple.

Growing ears :

Our ears keep on growing throughout our lives with almost unbelievable speed — a 1/4th of a millimeter per year!

Blink of an eye :

A human spends about five years of their life blinking. Fortunately, we can do many things simultaneously! We spend 10% of our day just by blinking.

Woah! Breath :

A person takes about 23,040 breaths a day, or about 672,768,000 breaths in his/her lifetime.

You may not believe this but you are about 1 cm shorter at night. This is because the cartilage between your bones get compressed throughout the day.

Our awesome noses :

Researchers estimate that an average human being can distinguish between 1 trillion different odors. This is much more acute than the human eye, which can recognise about 10 million different colors.

Strength if steel :

Human bones are stronger than steel. A cubic inch of bone can bear a load of 19,000 lbs.— almost the weight of five trucks. But still it can break easily during accident.

You feel it :

Human fingers can feel objects as small as 13 nanometers. Which means that if our finger was the size of the Earth, we would feel the difference between houses and cars.

In the way :

You actually see your nose all the time, but your brain doesn't acknowledge it. This is because of an effect called stereo parallax, where each eye sees the nose in a different position. The retina sends the image to the brain, but the brain shuts it out.
